1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 877be platform and all associated services ("Services"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between the organisation operating the 877be website (https://877be.lat) and the user.

By accessing the 877be platform, opening an account, or using any service, you expressly declare that you:

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 877be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency conversion is not supported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

877be offers various promotional offers. The following general terms apply to the use of these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the total bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per user, household, IP address or device.
• The minimum odds for using a bonus will be stated in the detailed terms of each promotion.
• 877be reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 877be VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, and Gold — up to 0.8%. The criteria for moving up are set by 877be and are subject to change.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting activities on the 877be platform:

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 877be reserves the right to cancel bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Abandonment

• If a sporting event is cancelled, the stake placed on that event will be returned.
• If an event is postponed and later replayed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with 877be policy.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket matches, the official ICC result will be considered final. If a match ends in a tie or draw, it will be settled according to the applicable odds policy.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change continuously during live betting. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 877be platform and immediate action will be taken if they are identified:

• Providing false or misleading information during account registration.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting or manipulating the system.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Presenting yourself as a representative or employee of 877be.
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against the platform's infrastructure.

Involvement in such activities may result not only in account closure but also in legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 877be's Authority

877be may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If a user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• To comply with instructions from a court or relevant authority.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. The option to suspend your account for a set period under the self-exclusion program is also available.
